Hey there! If you own the game in Steam you can opt into the beta branch. Details on how to do that are here.

After installing the language version, check out this post for instructions on extracting the game files (you only needs steps 1-3). Then you'll see source for everything in both English and Russian (for objects one of the main files is

ContentUnpacked\Data\ObjectInformation.ru-RU.xml
